Terms and Conditions


 Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions:


Payment Terms:

Services provided by Sage Admin Solutions are billed using the hourly rate package selected in our online forms. Additional hours purchased outside packages are billed at $60 per hour (excl. GST). Work will commence upon receipt of payment. A receipt will be sent to the Client after payment has been received via the secure link to Stripe provided in our forms. Sage Admin Solutions is responsible for paying all federal, state, and local taxes concerning the services performed for the Client as an independent contractor. Sage Admin Solutions will not be treated as an employee for any purpose.

Expense Reimbursement:

If authorised by the Client, Sage Admin Solutions shall be entitled to reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses directly related to the Client's business, such as postage and software. Copies of all receipts will be provided to the Client to substantiate reimbursement of costs.


Sage Admin Solutions agrees to produce project materials ("work") at the Client's request for fees agreed upon in advance and delivery of the Work by an agreed-upon deadline. Sage Admin Solutions will be the sole author of the Work, ensuring it is original and free of plagiarism. Cooperation with the Client for editing and reviewing the Work before completion is assured. All agreed services, including scheduled meetings and communication, are subject to chargeable hours.

Client Approval:

Upon accepting the Work, the Client assumes responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used. Sage Admin Solutions is not liable for errors occurring in this work or projects related to this work after the Client accepts the Work.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

We attach great importance to your privacy. Information will never be disclosed, loaned, leased, rented, sold to third parties, or made public without your permission unless we are legally obliged. Personal data and information we receive, e.g. contact form messages via the websites, newsletter subscriptions and any information from and about clients, is kept confidential. We strive to help our clients and anyone interested in our services as effectively and efficiently as possible. Therefore, the data and information we receive will only be used to optimise and improve our services. 
Some non-personal data about our website visitors is collected automatically, e.g., the name of the Internet service provider and web browser, which pages are visited, and the length of time spent on each page. Visitors' identities remain anonymous unless they manually submit information on the website.


Either party may terminate the Service at any time if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory. Upon termination, confidentiality provisions remain binding. Sage Admin Solutions will promptly return all client property. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between parties, superseding any prior agreements. Amendments require written consent. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party, and no refunds are issued upon termination.

Newsletter Subscription:

Clients can opt-in to receive the monthly newsletter with the option to unsubscribe.


Business Hours: 

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Email is preferred, but texting is acceptable. Ideally, telephone/Zoom calls should be pre-planned to avoid conflicts. Non-urgent emails will be responded to within 24 hours during business hours. Urgent requests outside business hours should be titled "URGENT" in the subject line for prompt attention.

Holidays & Absence:

Email notifications will be sent when Sage Admin Solutions is unavailable during regular business hours due to personal vacation days and Victorian public holidays.

Description of Services:

Services will commence upon Sage Admin Solutions' approval of the forms. The services agreed upon in the confirmation email will promptly begin upon approval and payment. Furthermore, a weekly update email will be sent prior to the onset of each work week (Monday). In this correspondence, you can expect to receive a comprehensive timesheet outlining the utilisation of the hours used, along with updates about outstanding tasks and the remaining allocated time.

Service Location:

All services will be conducted virtually from the Service Provider's home office.

Acceptance of Terms: 

Upon clicking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" on our task forms, these terms bind clients. Client space is reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis.



Clients are encouraged to schedule services a week in advance for priority reservations.


We prefer communication via email, but texting is also acceptable at 0415 192 843. For telephone or Zoom calls, we kindly request that they be scheduled in advance to prevent scheduling conflicts. We respond to non-urgent emails within 24 hours during our business hours. If you need assistance outside our business hours, please email with "URGENT" in the title. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.


We regularly work with Dropbox, Google Docs & Drive, Rounded, Toggl, Zoom, and LastPass. Most of these programs are suitable for sharing and collaborating, and clients will never be charged for using any of the programs we choose to work with. Using a program of the Client's choice is always possible, and any associated costs will be charged accordingly.

Invoicing and Payment Policy:

Tasks are requested through our online forms, and hours purchased are to be utilised within 30 days. Once the online forms are submitted and approved, payment processing must be completed before work can commence.

Payment Methods:

At Sage Admin Solutions, we accept payments via bank transfers and Stripe. While bank transfers offer a secure and traditional payment method, Stripe provides a convenient online payment platform. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our designated payment methods.


Referrals are our favourite way to gain new business. Any time you generously refer to Sage Admin Solutions, please let us know, and we will gladly acknowledge you with a 10% discount on one invoice. This discount will be applied after the new Client's first payment. 


Although virtual meetings are preferred, we are open to meetings on location for special occasions. Appointments are charged at $90 per hour, which includes travel for metro areas only.

Policy & Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change this policy and the prices of our services. We may occasionally update this policy and notify clients promptly if there are significant changes. For a price change, clients will receive a notice 30 days before any changes become effective.
