Requesting Services:
Clients initiate their service requests by filling out our online forms, which detail the nature of the tasks to be undertaken and the desired hours of service.

Approval and Payment:
Upon submission of the online forms, Sage Admin Solutions reviews and approves the requested tasks. Once approved, payment processing is initiated before work can commence. Payment is facilitated through a secure link to Stripe, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process.

Commencement of Services:
With payment confirmed, Sage Admin Solutions promptly begins the agreed-upon services outlined in the confirmation email. The commencement of services is expedited to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Weekly Updates:
Clients can expect to receive weekly update emails before each work week starts. These emails include detailed timesheets illustrating the utilisation of purchased hours and updates on remaining hours and progress on tasks. This transparent communication ensures that clients are informed every step of the way.

Virtual Service Location:
All services are conducted virtually from the Service Provider's home office, ensuring efficiency and flexibility in service delivery.

Reservation Priority:
Clients are encouraged to schedule services a week in advance to prioritise their reservations and ensure timely task completion.

Communication Channels:
While email remains the preferred mode of communication, clients can also reach out via text messaging at 0415 192 843. Telephone or Zoom calls are welcomed but should be scheduled in advance to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Utilisation of Collaboration Programs:
Sage Admin Solutions uses commonly used collaboration programs such as Dropbox, Google Docs & Drive, Rounded, Toggl, Zoom, and LastPass. Clients are not charged for these programs, which facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.

Invoice and Payment Policy:
Tasks are requested through our online forms, with purchased hours to be utilised within 30 days. Payment processing is completed upon approval of the online forms and before the commencement of work.

Acceptance of Terms:
By clicking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" on our online forms, clients acknowledge their acceptance and adherence to our Terms and Conditions. Client space is reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis, ensuring equitable service allocation.
